Do you think Michael Penix Jr. will be drafted in the Top 10?
Probably top 15
My guess he goes 12 or 13. I think JJ or Maye fall just a little (6-8 range) and that sort of calms the QB panic slightly and MPJ goes in the top 15. Bo Nix could also go in that top 15.
I think NFL people are higher on Nix than the public wants to believe and MPJ is just too alluring not to have a team make the move.
Bo at 12 (could easily be MPJ here but the injuries and the Broncos recent high risk QB moves force the Broncos to play it a little safer and avoid the injury risk) and MPJ at 13.
AFCW will be fun as Hell.

Every qb who I’ve seen analyze Penix says he’s either the best or 2nd best qb in this draft. Chase Daniel, RGIII, Orlovsky, Ryan Leaf etc..

I agree with your guys' take on Penix. What I'm curious about is a look at why you guys think your industry has group-think problems and gets so many of these evaluations dead wrong. Why do you guys think the NFL analyst industry pegs Penix and Nix as Day 2 guys but vaults Bryce Young up to #1? I don't get it. What Nix and Penix put on tape and the stat sheet are incredible. Watching the tape, their talent, poise, in game speed, ball placement, arm strength, touch all jump off the screen.
Ex: The Athletic has been bashing Bo Nix for months and Penix as Day 2 guys. It's crazy to me. I don't know what the hell sport they're watching. It's like they have the view that if you aren't a complete physical freak coming out projected to be the next Josh Allen or Patrick Mahomes they don't view the QB prospect as being worth a Day 1 draft pick. I don't know how to explain why they like JJ McCarthy as a top-10 guy uniformly but somehow trash Penix and Nix as Day 2 guys. Blows my mind. What the hell tape are they watching? Bo Nix and Penix are both more talented than Bryce Young who they gushed about to no end last year, and I don't mean to pick on just the Athletic, it's also PFF and nearly all other outlets who share these same group-think point of view's of QB's coming out each year.
It's bizarre as hell how bad the QB takes are coming out of the NFL draft community. How the heck did so many pro evaluators shit the bed that CJ Stroud wasn't the hands down clear top #1 prospect last year? It's bewildering. It was such a damn no brainer.
