I've sent it to the seller I bought it from for rma. I'm hoping they find a root cause because I'd like to have a working dm01 on this bike. The controller was on its latest august firmware during this ride. I am hoping I just got a lemon.
@@Hardware244 my seller doesnt have any dm01 instock and has sent my unit to ToSeven for troubleshooting. No ETA on when I will get a replacement since it's out of my Seller's hands.
@@VietPho That sucks. I've read this exact thing happening to another person or two on an online ebike community forum, and recently on the ToSeven Facebook page. Toseven seems to have terrible customer support otherwise and are either slow to barely respond or outright ignore customer emails. Hopefully they find out what the problem is. I have the DM01 but am wary on taking it on long distance rides. Thanks for the update
What was Tosevens most recent response to you in regards to this issue? Also, did you update to the most recent firmware?
