Bro I wish they all didn’t get killed off…It makes sense for some like Senator Armstrong but I for sure would have liked Villains like Jet stream Sam to basically be a Vergil for Raiden thats constantly always one upping Raiden or challenging him etc.
Basically Sam hates us because we are always turning him more and more into a cyborg like Raiden. Sam has that resentment because he’s losing more and more of his humanity but Sam still wants to finally beat Raiden.
Again Sam is making us question who the bad guy really is…
Everytime Sam loses a big fight with us a part of his body must be replaced or an organ etc. But it’s making Sam even more powerful in each game. A good motivation to hate Raiden.
I’d even want Sam games (Metal Gear Rising Blood Debt) so in effect by playing as Sam we are making him stronger explaining why he’s so hard to beat and why Raiden loses in the end of some games.
Imagine halfway rooting for Sams humanity, goals and motivations to keep trying to defeat Raiden? Imagine you as a player nearly killing Raiden?
