When the hands separated before the dance break and they were all sprinting trying to catch Yeonjun again and he was reaching out but he was running/dragged backwards the more he tried to run to them, then Beomgyu was the who finally reached and caught him 💔💔💔 That entire section made me CRYYY
Okay so my theory is that they’re either his imaginary friends or they’re all d-worded. There are some scenes where the members are sleeping in a car and there are clouds outside the windows. The imaginary part would explain the aliens, unicorns, and supernatural elements.
Then the scene with Taehyun and the flowers mirrors the Eternally MV where it was Yeonjun who had the purple liquid coming out of his eyes surrounded by flowers and Taehyun was the one who found him. So i think each of them is doing whatever they can to keep Yeonjun alive even sacrificing themselves for his survival/happiness, whether they’re imaginary friends, aliens, or d*ead.
Beomgyu in the storyline is the healer, so it makes sense that in the end he’s the one who saved Yeonjun. There’s also a lyric that goes, “You’re all i need. Amidst all the ruins, our places of promise. The land of rest, the return of eternity.” The first part sung by Yeonjun and the second part Beomgyu. So i think they’re saving Yeonjun from impending d*eath whether they’re resurrecting him or trying to prevent it.
I just came up with this theory while re-watching with you so i probably missed a lot.
the song in the trailer was dreamer from freefall just an acoustic version of sorts
About not having theories in the comments, I feel like it's because we do that on twitter bc there's a lot to talk about. The song on the concept trailer is just another version of Dreamer. My favorite song is Deja Vu
44:00 i feel like maybe the person just meant beomgyu belting out more? bc yeah, i agree it wasn't a high note, but the next thing i can think of the person may have been talking about is belting out more lol

i loved the whole album, but the ones tied for my #1 are definitely my top favorites and i'll most likely listen to them specifically on repeat. :') (i'm already doing that with deja vu tbh lol)
