Crocoblock JetEngine CPT vs CCT | What are Custom Content Types (CCT), and when should you use them?

- Crocoblock enabled us to create Custom Content Types (CCT) in addition to CPT. CCT is a game changer for web developers because we can create complicated websites with much better performance. But you may be wondering when to use CCT rather than CPT. In this video, I tried my best to explain how to use CCT. I hope it helps you.

Great video, but SO many questions!
1. What does connecting a CCT to a CPT accomplish? Does it reduce the number of data rows in the post_meta table? If you update a CCT with a frontend form, does the CPT update also? How about the other way?
2. A CCT cannot have a taxonomy, BUT a CCT can have a relationship with a taxonomy. What's the difference?

I am wondering one one side we try to optimized WP when using JetEngine CCT however when we enable Has Single Page option and link it to Related Post Type (as Post) and then link Title/Content Fields it Adds news records under Post (with Title/Content) and all the Meta Fields in CCT Table. I don't understand the logic on one side we try to optimize WP for Performance on the otherside we again add data in as Post?
Thanks for the video. I kind of missed the part where you explain how to add the link to the single page of the CCT to the Dynamic Image widget inside the CCT item listing. I still struggle with that.

Hi, thank you for another great video. I was able to create CCT listing and Single Post but I can not find a way to do dynamic url or links for my button in Single Post page. In my Single Post page, i have a button that I would like to link to my affiliate website. Can it be done? Please help

I am afraid that connecting the CCT to posts (has single page = yes), for many cases, defeats the purpose of having CCTs with a separate table. The problem is how to create a template to show a single CCT without using CPTs.
For bricks, to make good websites for booking, real estate - is crocoblock good or metabox or newer acpt would be better?
Is there anyway to make single page for more than cct? like cpt?
Do you have to use Jet Theme Core to create a single post for a CCT? Or can you use Elementor templates?
I think you can use Elementor, but it has to be the Pro version.
At the end of the video you pointed out a problem with single pages when linking CCT to Post. You then you then showed a work around for that problem. However, I think instead of linking your Publications CCT to Post, you should have first created a custom post type called Publications, then link the CCT Publications to that Publications CPT. That would have prevented the problem you encountered using Post and Single Pages

Use CPT for products. Do sellers have to register to the site? If so, they will be users. You can create a listing for users.

Then, if they want to create their own store, there is a button in the profile with the title "Become a seller!" that when the user clicks on it, a form will appear to enter the details of the store, which must enter a series of fields such as the name of the store, the contact information and the social networks of the store that we have already defined.
