My Game of the Year is not FF7 Rebirth it's Ys!!!!

So here is what I chose as my favorite game of 2024. YS X is a special game for me as it was the only game this year. I couldn't stop playing from the very beginning and honestly didn't have any flaws that drew me away from it. Falcom.killed it, and i can't wait for the next mainline Ys game.

@catsuppacket oh hey thanks for taking time to watch and commenting dude. Since they just announced an enhanced edition of Ys X called Proud nordics with new content I'd wait for that unless you don't mind playing it as is which I'd also recommend cause it's a great game

Also what’s your thoughts on the recent news yesterday that Falcom announced this game got a Ys X “Royal edition” in the form of Ys X Proud Nordics, where it will offer a new island, new story, new gameplay stuff and bosses, but bundled in the base game as well?

@madkaiser4887 Oh god, I hope we get it here as optional dlc as I really don't want to buy the same game over again, lol. But the new story stuff sounds intriguing to me. I'll definitely make a brief mention of it in my upcoming anticipated games of 2025 video next week

For me its FF 7 1st, then YS 10 2nd and Trails Daybreak third, im sucker for grapics, but ys 10 gameplay is so god.

@rodrigogooo I would have put FF7 first, but I didn't like the forced minigames . Some parts dragged on too much, but over it's a great game
