The true meaning of Thanksgiving is being grateful for the simple things in life that are the most meaningful like family, health and strength as well as food and a roof over your head because so many people are less fortunate than you are. Just like God blesses us each and every day, we in turn should be a blessing to someone else who may be less fortunate than ourselves because it is better to give then to receive.
