Omega 3, vitamins A,C,E,zinc are helpful to keep skin healthy. Eat balanced diet, rest, manage stress, exercise, drink more water, avoid too much sunning, avoid hot bath, avoid cold drinks, cold food, deep fried food. Pray & meditate. Keep immunity system healthy.

我顺便分享我三十多年皮肤过敏的经验。首先用冰袋冰敷痒处10分钟最多15分钟，太久会冻伤。第二敷中药膏：苦参25克，黄连15克，黄柏15克，白廯皮15克，百部15克，土荆皮15克。磨研细末，掺和凡士林250克。第三不得已才喝抗过敏。希望能帮到大家。

Actually there are different types of eczema, needing different types of treatments. Do also see western dermatologist for blood test and biopsy if necessary. Do not use Steroid creams/ointments for long term bcos the skin can become very thin and even transparent.

Non-steroid creams (to control itch) example Pertopic are very expensive but is safer to use in the long term. Steroid creams make skin very thin, can only use for a few months. steroid medicine example Prednisolone have bad side effects. Pls consult skin specialists.

Sometimes eczema is caused by allergy. Need to find out what you are allergic to. Find out the root cause of the skin condition. Some people may be allergic to detergent, perfume/fragrance, dyes, coloring, wool, artificial textile, can only wear/use cotton textiles.
