Just came across your channel, through Instagram actually, I got a couple gpz750s myself, I'm a big Kawasaki collector, glad to see people still appreciating these old bikes! These things are so cheap nowadays its sad, your channel deserves way more attention, I can sense its gonna take off soon, keep up the great vids!
Thanks Smokey. With all classics there is starting to be a wider gap between those that survive and those which are beyond repair. Thankfully we caught this one in time. Any longer in the elements and the frame may have gone the same way as the tank.
hope your taking lots of photos as you go i always do that no matter how big/small the job is ,maybe your memory is better than mime !! looking forward to the next one
Thanks. The loom seems in good condition and a multimeter should help me with the little bits but I’ll have a look for this none the less. My Haynes manual isn’t for this specific bike (they don’t do one for the GPZ R) so a good diagram would help.
@@gunnmoto A genuine kawasaki or a clymer manual are worth having if you can find one at a reasonable price. If there's any parts specialist's for them they sometimes have exploded diagrams which can be helpful

Try kojaycat for a wiring diagram not sure if they have one for your model but it's worth a look, last time I checked they were less than a tenner

How you getting on with the bike?
It’s going to be all guns blazing in the new year. A few hurdles with the wheels and also waiting on new rubber but we’ll be back on track soon.
