I just discovered this band and I am totally addicted. These guys are phenomenal!! Why didn't I hear about these guys a long time ago. From what I've seen so far they have a massive following. I now count myself among you all!!
You didn't hear about them because the music media and industry has their favorites. If you're not among the chosen few you get little press or attention. Without the press and attention how would anyone know of you or have heard about you? If you're lucky, you have a friend that turned you on to them. Me, I went to the record store several times a week in the '70's and '80's and went through the albums (no cd's at that time) and checked out the albums. Most albums I bought because the band's made it clear they were metal, I had never heard them. There was no way to hear them, there was no internet, no radio station that would play heavy metal, so you either learned about them through the few people you knew that were in to metal, or you did as I said at the record stores. From their first album I have been in love with Manowar's music. It NEVER disappoints. They fuckin kill, and yes, I intentionally misspelled the word fuk to keep the sencors off me.

@@JohnHWelch63 Hey, I listen to and love soooo many metal bands, and one of the biggest thrills is finding a new band you love with an extensive catalog and being able to go and buy them all and listen to them from the start to the finish. You are so fortunate here, you have some of the greatest music ever to experience for the first time. ENJOY!!! You will not experience a band like Manowar ever again.

He´s Erick Fucking Adams :D One of the best heavy metal vocalist (of course, he is kind of underrated because he is singing in Manowar) but he´s one of a kind :)

Das war ein absolut geiler Auftritt in Stuttgart. Perfekt gemacht und mega Laut. Höre MANOWAR seit 1980 und gehe seither regelmäßig zu deren Konzerte. Stuttgart war für mich, nach langem Warten, ein absoluter Höhepunkt. Long live MANOWAR !

This is one flawless rendition of this hymn. I'm absolutely thrilled to finally hear a live version in which the guitar player didn't miss a single note. I mean, guitar is key in every song but this song isn't the same if the guitar parts are not perfect!!! Loved it!!!

They always put on badass shows and the fans are fuckin unbelievable!!!! Wish I could have been able to go to at least one of their concerts. All I have is DVD live performances. Been a fan since 1992 when I got my first album(kings of metal) when I discovered it in a music store at a local mall.
