    I'd love to hear more about upper back pain from thoracic spine dysfunction. I think it's upper cross and lower cross syndrome but I can't find a PT that's been much help at all.

    Thank you for doing exercises standing. I'm 75 and can't get on floor. Also one knee was replaced so can't bend as well.

    Can you share exercise options for knees with a torn meniscus (more than 6 yrs ago) and arthritis. 68 years old, playing pickleball but am in pain at night causing poor sleep. Thanks Yoni. JP

    So, I’m not imagining that my practice of walking up my 2 flights of stairs 3 at a time (after taking down garbage) is helping my hip! Looks like the 2nd exercise with putting weight of stair climbing added.

    Please if possible answer this question ❤.Can a person with a-fib use a vibration plate? Who should not use this type of device for their bone health?
