If you are always around each other there are more disagreements, it’s absolutely true, everyone needs some alone time, you know take a break every two weeks, set aside 2 days for every 14 days, one day you guys get your alone time, go do your own things, on a spa day, do something therapeutic. And the other day you both can go on a date, on a picnic, a drive any activity just the two of you, no camera,nothing. Trust me these 4 days in a month I’ll keep the relationship very healthy

Our ancestors use to do Upwas or Fasting once or twice a week to enable the digestive system to relax and rejuvenate itself and for maintaining eating pleasure.
Even car engine requires half an hour rest after 5 hours of continuous running.
So in the case of relationship, one should do some Tapasya for a week or 15 days like a Monk in monastery so as to help maintaing high level of relationship. 💛

Sandra you are right being an introvert myself I need max time all alone. Sometimes I don't even go out of my house for 2-3 weeks work from home is blessing for me.
Well most likely you weren't socialised when you were a kid properly. 2-3 weeks at home isn't healthy and will detoriate your health in the long run. Not enough sun low vit d no clean air to breath it.

I am pausing the video at 2:30. I already agree with Sandra. My wife and I have our time whenever we want it. I use my painting studio as my hideout place. I do all kinds of creative things here, painting, writing, reading, play or listen to music, and I know she won't bother me. She has her own space for her passion, reading. And trust me guys it really helps you in so many ways. It let's you unwind and grow intellectually.

Sandra has a very practical outlook towards every thing in life. As an introvert myself, I do want some time off. Time off from everything. Its like a cleansing process for my soul and it helps me to not loose my mind out of frustration, anxiety and god knows what not.

According to my experience with relationships and Sandra will be able to relate to this is that women need space, their minds work differently. It feels very crowded to be revolving around the same situation same world again and again. Space is something that has to be given not at the surface level but also at a deeper level so as to accept and appreciate that the other person is built that way.
My suggestion would be to escape each other's company, take time away from each other daily and this has to be habitual and you guys will have to develop that mutual understanding and especially Mohit. Indian men are kind of difficult to understand and some changes and sacrifices have to be made in order to make the relationship sustainable and believe me god forbid if somethings eventually goes wrong then Sandra will move on (obviously difficult for her also) and Mohit will have to suffer because men and women are built differently.

It can be 2 days 3 days or a small solo trip, and that doesn't mean the person who is taking a few days here n there doesn't love you anymore.
