TJ, Best science lecture I have heard. I actually paid attention unlike back in high school. What do you suggest for a golfer who has to rush to the tee box when playing a round. Is it best to try and hit a few balls, putt or just stretch? Thank You!
It does help with rotation as it is one of the technical keys to produce the it.
