I'm making this tomorrow minus the fresh pasta! I'm doing low carb so I have to use my low carb pasta :( but I bought ground sausage, whole fresh mushrooms, and sauce on a whim at the grocery store tonight and this was the first thing that came up when looking for a recipe. Goddammit...NO CHICKEN STOCK. Use the salty starchy pasta water once the pasta is in and cooking.
