Do events, arena or grind in adventure. Compare to the older version of the game which you'll only get good equipments via arcana now you can grind it in events, arena, tower and even adventure.
How can I get Legendary weapons?
Legendary equipments are obtain by Automerging 3types of the same equipments. From Common>Uncommon>Magic>Rare>Epic and then finally Legendary.
