I mean, it's messed up, but if the AP actually were a decent person that married OP's dad after his wife's death (at least one year later I think), OP would've told her about her dad's vasectomy...

OP's plan for revenge would have been moot if her father had been an honest person in the first place. Quite apart from the cheating on his dying wife, he entered a relationship with the second woman knowing full well he didn't intend to reverse his vasectomy and also knowing that she wanted children.
