The gig at the Gorge WA on the tour for, "The Fragile," is one of the best shows and concert highlights of my life. The album is a masterpiece as far as I am concerned. Fantastic music and great memories I have from way back then. It was my 4th NIN show. My 1st was at a club in Portland Oregon that has a capacity of maybe a 1000 people. It was a month after TDWS was released. I was still in highschool and my best friend and I made the 3 hour trip to Portland. We each told our parents we were staying at the others house that night. 😂 It was school night. We drove home after and got home at 4am. Made it to school on time. Anyway the progression Trent and NIN did from small clubs to arenas then on to large amphitheaters was amazing. Each album different from the previous and the intensity was always phenomenal It was just a great time and era to be a part of. I grew up during this time and I am grateful for the times and memories. 🤘
Trent live gives me chills. The raw emotions and roller coasters he goes through with every word and beat is enough to in-trance even the strongest non-believer.
The transition between The Frail and The Wretched always manages to strike a chord in me no matter what recording I'm listening to. Thank you for the hard work in making this :)
Since Pretty HATE machine.....Been an admiring fan of Trent Reznor ...one of a kind he is. May God bless him and those he loves. Great musician and artist.
That’s my favorite part too, well both times they say it!! And Trent’s screaming and palpable energy/anger as he says it the second time!! I always rewatch that!! ❤
As much as I love the current live version of somewhat damaged, I wish Trent would play the original studio version again live cause that build up in the original is something else
Any NIN fan who doesn't like the Fragile isn't a real NIN fan. This is like Trent's version of the Wall its an epic journey getting to experience the many moods of Trent Reznor through music. This and With Teeth are my 2 favs then its a tie between Spiral, Broken and P.H.M. I like the new shit but would really like to see a emotion driven explosive album like the earlier days but you got to let an artist be who they are. Seen NIN live 4 or 5 times and Trent never fails to bring it all, the stage the sound and the revised versions of old mater to fit with the new, its always n amazing show.
*5 This is my favorite version of The Fragile. Performed at Bridge School Benefit 2006/07 I think. I couldn’t leave it out of this. Sadly the footage is pretty boring, but I kept it anyway **** To he who made this video edit..... my mother has been in the hospital for a week and she could be there for another two weeks, leaving her absent from our lives this Thanksgiving. Two days ago I had a suicidal active shooter with an assault rifle walk my street.... My house was a part of the street barricaded in with SWAT & a platoon of army soldiers to keep him from getting out. It wasn't a fun night. I have cried for the last three days over my mother being in the hospital. The suicidal active shooter set off my PTSD from the Army bad. This video, especially, "The Great Below". The Bridge School Benefit version of The Fragile has been my strength to get through these past few weeks. I love this video. I love the song "And All That Could Have Been." -its been giving me peace and solace. JPH
This live version of The Day the Whole World Went Away is one of my favorites. This compilation of NIN live is great, its one of my most played setlists. Thanks for putting this together.
@Pirate Stahlion thank you so much for the time and effort that you've put into editing this together, and uploading! Bloody amazing! Nine Inch Nails for life! Also a huge fucking hello, and much love to all you other people that are here for this! For me music is the most unifying thing in the world. In a time where we seem to becoming more and more divided, it's damn nice to see people from different walks of life unifying, appreciating, just sending positive vibes and shit, purely because of one thing! Love you all! Peace, and respect.
I would never have expected this Just Like You Imagined mix to be any good, for some reason, but wow is it amazing, possibly my favorite version now, massive thanks for this upload
Thank you for this I've been a nine inch nails fan since I was five years old all my schoolmates made fun of me because I liked "weird" music but now that I'm older I realize I was just ahead of my time! I'm a musician now thanks to trent the fragile downward spiral and with teeth have gotten me through alot of crazy shit! Thanks for you hardwork and thank you trent for your talent ✊🏼
Without a doubt the best two hours I’ve spent in absolutely ages, a hell of a lot of hard work obviously went into this so a massive thanks for sharing! 👍♥️🎵
Great tour! My friends and I had a f'n blast! APC opened. First time seeing MJK sing. I missed Downward in '94. This tour felt like Reznor just continued the Downward tour. Marilyn Manson was there and sang The Beautiful People and Starf#@$×÷s Inc. My god was it EPIC.
first time i travelled away from home on an airplane by myself it was me, and this CD. i was waiting alone in the airport for about 12 hours. so i had a few reasons to keep listening to it over and over. i was like 15. come to think of it what the fuck were my parents thinking letting me do that??? glad i had my discman and this album! freakin' great.
I think this version of The Great Below may be my personal all time favorite. I’m currently watching this trying to help stave off some of the sadness from not being able to see them in Louisville this past weekend. La Mar live makes me cry every time and may be my all time favorite live, Also The Big Come Down and Somewhat Damaged are two songs that are on my top list of ones I’ve seen live. I’d absolutely die to hear And all that could have been. I’m done rambling. Lol
Oh yes! My autumn, winter , spring of 1998/1999. Long time ago. But this is like wine, it seems? But with this I can touch my past and industrial soul, once more, again. Great THANKS
You used some of my footage for "Into The Void" and I love it! Thank you so much. Been really into "The Fragile" lately so this was a pleasant surprise. Amazing compilation!
Man this is a legendary upload this is one of my favorite live performance by Nine Inch Nails, currently, and even if anything tops this this is definitely the best performance of The Fragile. They really blew it out of the park with Somewhat Damaged, and The Day The World Went Away, good lord they sound eargasmic in this show, and better then the studio album versions.
This was incredible! I’ve been a huge fan of there work for 30 years. I was at the Auburn Hills MI show of this tour, this brought me right back. Still sounds fuckin great!
Thank you so much for telling us so much of Trend Razor. I always liked his things, but I did not know much about him very, now I have a very different view and thank him for his great things, and look forward for more surprises. he made great music
This is a great video you put together! Lots of cool versions of these songs. And including Trent's speech with the next 3 deep cuts really added to the flow.
First time watching this January 10th 2021, I just happened to be here... Corona Capitol "This is something for our friend David Bowie" Rest in Peace Jan 8, 1947 - Jan 10, 2016
Brilliantly put together compilation of live album footage here across the different incarnations of the band.....but anybody else find it really curious to see female backing vocalists there on stage with NIN?
I saw that tour and thought they detracted from NIN honestly. I didn't like it much. It didn't sound good. I was happy they brought Explosions In the Sky along though.
129:54 that was hollywood last year, last show of the tour. i remember the words "we'll be back... we will be back". that was said to be some kind of farewell tour, so that was comforting.
Wow that 2013 Fuji Rock performance of The Way Out Is Through is one of the best live recordings I've ever hear. Must be from the console. Definitely gonna check that show out. Thanks.
6:00 14, September, 2016. The day my whole world went away. My only child died at 19 years 2 days old from an enlarged heart. Trent was his perfect drug before he was even born. I played N.I.N for him through headphones when I was pregnant. He's been gone 8 years today. I'll never be okay again. I miss you D.W.E. You will always be my world.
Speaking as a big NIN fan, they're not. Not even close but yeah more people should check them out though they aren't anywhere NEAR being the most underrated.
Thank you so very much Trent & Nine Inch Nails-I missed out for over 25 years but am a new fan-listening since August 2021-I love the live shows best & I love his amazing talent-I am still constantly getting pleasantly surprised around 2 months later- that something new to me comes on such as this compilation I have playing while mult-tasking & I am already starting to sing along some verses-On my 1st listen Or I am getting getting tears in eyes during some parts-Or just Loving the music as it's here to be enjoyed- I'm constantly listening to songs in my mind-the ones I first loved In August & still love & those I know all the words to already & singing out in public with or without headphones as I relate so deeply to so much of what he says- Whether it's the same reason he wrote the song or not-But I find out often through watching interviews that my thoughts & emotions were spot on for what he was singing about when he wrote the song at the time & whether it's 1990s or more recent I still feel so much emotion from him in the live shows- Sometimes I cry or laugh & smile but more than anything it has been helping me cope with the suffering-sadness-injustice-problems & things going on in life & sometimes it has been the ONLY THING to ease my mind & help me sleep-As I have insomnia & a list of problems & family issues-health problems-prodigal son-So much more-If I heard & knew this music back during that Woodstock 2 concert I'm sure I'd have enjoyed it but unsure I was old enough to get in if you had to be 21-I did want to go & planned to go but I let other stupid reasons prevent that too Yet anyway the songs wouldn't have affected me the way they do now-A few-Yes- His thoughts & opinions on so much I agree with & what's right but other things; Yes I had dealt with within my family as I had to go to live in foster homes but not so much personally but I'd rather not say more than that on that issue Thank you Trent & Nine Inch Nails-You will Always be relevant & I admit it was from watching thd end of that Black Mirror episode-'Head Like A Hole at the end that brought me to TH-cam back then-it sounded familiar-I was never a fan of hers either but she rocked it too in a punk rock style-if she sang like that & songs like that I'd be into her too- That's another story I'm sure Nine Inch Nails is happy to keep getting new fans from all generations & gave permission to use song I think at least as otherwise WHO KNOWS when I'd discover them as I only started listening to Marilyn Mansons 90smusic in August 2012-Possibly exactly 9 years before this & how ironic when I found out Trent produced an album & sort of discovered him. Back then I believe & he wouldn't have gained that fame if not for Trent-No wonder I immediately related to Trent & I relate to him & all his music much more than aforementioned Artist who has many songs I love & would've loved to see a 90s concert or even now but the 90s concerts were what I would've liked to see much more whereas with Trent I am seeing him in different decades of live shows & I'd LOVE to be at any of them- PLEASE come back to New York As Nine Inch Nails so I can see you Live- Thank you for making this compilation to the person who put it together
I too am a new fan. Of course I liked Closer, March otp, and HLAH. But as far as listening to whole albums, not until 18mos ago. I agree, the live shit is so much better than the albums. So, these "live" albums are great for that. To the uploader, please continue the great work.
Wish I could find the video of nin in Denver in 2000 fragility tour. Best concert I've ever seen, second was when he was in rapid city sd. From 12 years old to current 42, NIN will always be my absolute favorite artist! It's unfortunate new generations will be lost to the change Trent Reznor provided.
I will count myself as one of the lucky few to see A Perfect Circle Mer De Noms tour open for NIN The Fragile. Get goose bumps to this day when i listen to either album! Maynard opening for Trent. Only thing that came close was Fantomos opening for Tool during the Laturalus tour. Mike Patton and MJK in the same show holy shit!

Since Pretty HATE machine.....Been an admiring fan of Trent Reznor ...one of a kind he is. May God bless him and those he loves. Great musician and artist.
16:15 This part of The Wretched is such a visceral drop. IT DIDN'T TURN OUT QUITE THE WAY THAT YOU WANTED IT. Perfect vocals by Trent and Robin.
You can just feel the energy!
That’s my favorite part too, well both times they say it!! And Trent’s screaming and palpable energy/anger as he says it the second time!! I always rewatch that!! ❤

Thanks for including AATCHB and Perfect Drug. I'm happy those songs may finally start getting some live time. Only took 20 years
Your uploads have better sound than most compilation fan recordings
Saw A Perfect Circle open up for NIN during the Fragile Tour. Greatest show i've ever seen....
Wow lucky
I was there too in Dallas. It was the first concert I saw people crying with emotion and joy. Actually, the last as well.
As much as I love the current live version of somewhat damaged, I wish Trent would play the original studio version again live cause that build up in the original is something else
If I ever see them perform The Perfect Drug, I could just die.
The great below 🖤
The strings in And All That Could Have Been is a welcome addition ♥️
The Great Below might just be their most underrated song and it sounds immaculate here live
The only tour I’ve had the blessing to experience in the flesh
*5 This is my favorite version of The Fragile. Performed at Bridge School Benefit 2006/07 I think. I couldn’t leave it out of this. Sadly the footage is pretty boring, but I kept it anyway
**** To he who made this video edit..... my mother has been in the hospital for a week and she could be there for another two weeks, leaving her absent from our lives this Thanksgiving. JPH
Please will never not be badass
Same
Thank you for this I've been a nine inch nails fan since I was five years old all my schoolmates made fun of me because I liked "weird" music but now that I'm older I realize I was just ahead of my time!
I hadn't heard this version of the fragile and holy shit youre so right this is my favorite one
Incredible Compilation. Thanks so much for putting this together and for citing/referencing all the clips. So much work. Wish I could buy you a beer.
Ridiculously awesome
This version of Even Deeper is beyond words,
thanks for sharing!
first time i travelled away from home on an airplane by myself it was me, and this CD. i was waiting alone in the airport for about 12 hours. so i had a few reasons to keep listening to it over and over. i was like 15. come to think of it what the fuck were my parents thinking letting me do that??? glad i had my discman and this album! freakin' great.
Discman lol
AMAZING! Never get tired of NIN! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍
Best part of this: The Perfect Drug 1:42:21
I think this version of The Great Below may be my personal all time favorite. I’m currently watching this trying to help stave off some of the sadness from not being able to see them in Louisville this past weekend.
La Mar live makes me cry every time and may be my all time favorite live, Also The Big Come Down and Somewhat Damaged are two songs that are on my top list of ones I’ve seen live. I’d absolutely die to hear And all that could have been. I’m done rambling. Lol
Love it!
Obsessed with the live version of Even Deeper here with the choir doing backup vocals. It sounds so good!!!!
instant sub
anyone who loves NIN and Trent
Thank you so very much for this.
Oh yes! My autumn, winter , spring of 1998/1999. Long time ago. But this is like wine, it seems? But with this I can touch my past and industrial soul, once more, again. Great THANKS
Amazing! Mike Garson was my favorite part. Dude killed it.
He's also featured on La Mer, though his parts are a little faded in the background. You can hear it if you use good headphones
I wish Trent adds 10 Miles High to the setlist only once.
Same here
it is so good!!!!
That version of even deeper...so smooth, cool take.
Oh baybee
That moment in The Wretched @16:20 did me in
Cheers for making my Saturday night, some great finds here. Always love seeing Metal played.
NIN is far from metal man.
@@Hadouken5150 they played the song Metal in the setlist
This was incredible! I’ve been a huge fan of there work for 30 years. I was at the Auburn Hills MI show of this tour, this brought me right back. Still sounds fuckin great!
This was fucking phenomenal. Thanks for the effort in putting it all together.
whoaaaaaaaa whoever did this! please keep uploading there dvds
Great live version of The Wretched.
Thank you so much for telling us so much of Trend Razor. I always liked his things, but I did not know much about him very, now I have a very different view and thank him for his great things, and look forward for more surprises. he made great music
He’s handsome in all the ways… love … mom and I…
personal fave album xoxo thank you
Thank you for this! Excellent quality and great detail.
cheers
This is a great video you put together! Lots of cool versions of these songs. And including Trent's speech with the next 3 deep cuts really added to the flow.
Wow.
I weep, more than GOOD FABULOUS. I have this CD FRAGILE.
First time watching this January 10th 2021, I just happened to be here...

"This is something for our friend David Bowie"
Rest in Peace

Brilliantly put together compilation of live album footage here across the different incarnations of the band.....but anybody else find it really curious to see female backing vocalists there on stage with NIN?
That's from my favorite tour, Tension. They slayed and I had to use that version for Even Deeper and TBCD
I saw that tour and thought they detracted from NIN honestly. I didn't like it much. It didn't sound good. I was happy they brought Explosions In the Sky along though.
@@newnoise81 you need new ears, they're incredible
Trent’s a master of his craft. It’s like he takes the words right out of your mouth.
129:54 that was hollywood last year, last show of the tour. i remember the words "we'll be back... we will be back". that was said to be some kind of farewell tour, so that was comforting.
Robin is a beast!
Wow that 2013 Fuji Rock performance of The Way Out Is Through is one of the best live recordings I've ever hear. Must be from the console. Definitely gonna check that show out. Thanks.
Somewhat Damaged and La Mer are so beautiful

The day my whole world went away. My only child died at 19 years 2 days old from an enlarged heart. Trent was his perfect drug before he was even born. I played N.I.N for him through headphones when I was pregnant. He's been gone 8 years today.
I'll never be okay again. I miss you D.W.E. You will always be my world.
Yes thank you for posting indeed
This is hands down the best NIN live version.
I saw This tour in Vancouver
Best version of Fragile I’ve seen
Nine inch nails is the most underrated band in history.
Speaking as a big NIN fan, they're not. Not even close but yeah more people should check them out though they aren't anywhere NEAR being the most underrated.
You know who else is underrated? The Beatles.
Congrats Chris you've won the award for the "Stupidest comment of the year". How will you celebrate?
@@omnifuturisticaxaxa love it
They're rated quite well round the world I thought? 🤔 Not really heard any negative views on them, they're quite highly respected.
Surprisingly Good sound quality. Thanks!
Thank you for this compilation. It has some of my favorite footage.
So amazing. I love the energy!
This is elite. Well done.
This is just lovely. Thank you so much.
Thank you so very much Trent & Nine Inch Nails-I missed out for over 25 years but am a new fan-listening since August 2021-I love the live shows best & I love his amazing talent-I am still constantly getting pleasantly surprised around 2 months later- that something new to me comes on such as this compilation I have playing while mult-tasking & I am already starting to sing along some verses-On my 1st listen Or I am getting getting tears in eyes during some parts-Or just Loving the music as it's here to be enjoyed-
I'm constantly listening to songs in my mind-the ones I first loved In August & still love & those I know all the words to already & singing out in public with or without headphones as I relate so deeply to so much of what he says-
Whether it's the same reason he wrote the song or not-But I find out often through watching interviews that my thoughts & emotions were spot on for what he was singing about when he wrote the song at the time & whether it's 1990s or more recent I still feel so much emotion from him in the live shows- Sometimes I cry or laugh & smile but more than anything it has been helping me cope with the suffering-sadness-injustice-problems & things going on in life & sometimes it has been the ONLY THING to ease my mind & help me sleep-As I have insomnia & a list of problems & family issues-health problems-prodigal son-So much more-If I heard & knew this music back during that Woodstock 2 concert I'm sure I'd have enjoyed it but unsure I was old enough to get in if you had to be 21-I did want to go & planned to go but I let other stupid reasons prevent that too
Yet anyway the songs wouldn't have affected me the way they do now-A few-Yes- His thoughts & opinions on so much I agree with & what's right but other things; Yes I had dealt with within my family as I had to go to live in foster homes but not so much personally but I'd rather not say more than that on that issue
Thank you Trent & Nine Inch Nails-You will Always be relevant & I admit it was from watching thd end of that Black Mirror episode-'Head Like A Hole at the end that brought me to TH-cam back then-it sounded familiar-I was never a fan of hers either but she rocked it too in a punk rock style-if she sang like that & songs like that I'd be into her too- That's another story
I'm sure Nine Inch Nails is happy to keep getting new fans from all generations & gave permission to use song I think at least as otherwise WHO KNOWS when I'd discover them as I only started listening to Marilyn Mansons 90smusic in August 2012-Possibly exactly 9 years before this & how ironic when I found out Trent produced an album & sort of discovered him.
Ich liebe diese verdammte Band,
dies ist die beste Band der ganzen verdammten Welt! ❤
Dammit my best album ever is good to listen to it live///Merda el mejor album y mi preferido es tan bueno escucharlo en vivo😥💗
Saw them at MSG. Marilyn Manson showed up to sing the end of Starfuckers and Beautiful People. Still have the ticket stub
@Vance Oliver best show I’ve ever seen BY FAR!
The guitar in AATCHB is exquisite all throughout.
That live version of TWOIT is awesome
The Great Below ❤️
