- Stitch this sweet heart block for a wall hanging or a festive runner today. Sew as many hearts as you want for a full quilt. The block only takes two fabrics
background consist of 4 @ 1 1/2" squares & 2 @ 4 1/2" squares
heart fabric will be 2 rectangles measuring 4 1/2" by 8 1/2"
This completes a block, have fun and thanks for watching.
There were a lot of great tips in your tutorial. The five in squares o the back are a great idea. Thank you
Thank you sharing your video ❤
Love this heart block! Great tutorial, thank you.
Best heart block ever.
You are such a great teacher!
I love your fast and easy method...sew pretty!!!.but I think I would put a small sashing between them?
Great idea on the pockets for hanging! Really pretty wall hangings you ended up with. I want to make one.
I love this block and video. I can’t wait to make this!! Do you by any chance have a simple block to make a pumpkin block?? Would love to see it if you do!!
Very good video. You can still do your idea of making both side for a season.......March with St. Paddys day and April for Easter!!
This is so adorable! Im new to quilting and must admit the first half of the video was a bit confusing to me. You have the fabric stacked, and laid on top of each other, (ready to sew) and never showed each fabric shape individual. I looked in your description box, and seen "squares", and "triangles", but didn't see triangles in the video. You know how women when asked directions will be able to give land marks better than roads, or street directs?...visual is important for "how to get there"...lol I realized as the video went on, that the triangles were under the other fabric, (it originally looked like all squares) but I couldn't see it. Thank you for sharing how to make a heart. My youngest daughter's birthday is valentines day, so Im hoping to make a quilt with hearts added, and this is the best heart Ive seen. God bless you, and have a great day!
I agree! I couldn't tell if it was right side up or not 🤷♀️
I’m confused to. The description box measurements and the video measurements dont seem the same to me.
Wish you’d do shame rock for us. Love the valentine runner! ❤️

Great project, thanks so much for sharing. I also enjoyed all the quilting tips that you shared and especially the idea for a two sided wall hanging. I am going to do that.
That’s such a pretty runner. Can you tell me what fabric you used on the 3 heart runner. It’s so soft and pretty. Thank you for sharing.
1/15/25 06:25 thank you for this video. New subscriber and quilter here. In the last part of the video you add a binding that appears to be overlapping a frame of the same material. Forgive my ignorance. Could you explain why you add a binding of the same material as the frame? TIA
Awesome great directions.enjoyed .
These are so pretty ❤💗🤍

What a great project. Thanks for a great tutorial.
I am a beginner and don’t see how much fabric I need to complete a short runner. Is it common to not be given that information.
Thank you for a lovely heart tutorial!
