When I first heard this I swore those were real saxophones. Absolutely nailed the authentic sound, it doesn’t sound like guitar licks played with a sax tone. Astonishing musicianship. Hopefully this song and album get the attention it deserves…
Those solos are off the charts!!!! As a guitarist I can't even imagine writing for a 9 piece brass section. I've really been wanting to know how you achieved this but I still don't think I'm capable! The track does take me back to the Tower of Power days clever title!
I'm so glad you three towers of power found one another! This is to me a truly unique collaboration, made especially so by your guitar-midi conceptualizations (and wild techniques!) plainly rooted in the funk 🦏

@@u.v.s.5583 Cheers matey. Regarding playing this Live I’ll leave that for another video. We might work a version as a trio or I might perform the entire track as a 5 piece brass section assigning each instrument to different strings played simultaneously using SWAM software. Both are doable.
