We are back with another speed build today. I really wanted to build a French (inspired) Vineyard in the world of Tartosa! And here she is! Have a great weekend, see you all next week!

To answer your question about volcanoes in France, yes we have many and most are completely asleep. I live in the Massif Central, which contains a lot of them. You really did a great job on this build, you can really feel the atmosphere, sun, cicadas and a good glass of wine of course! I love it 😍

I live near Paris but my dream would be to buy a farmhouse in the south with my sister and renovate it. Our aunt has this beautiful house in the middle of vineyard fields and it is my favourite thing ever. I just love French architecture and you're feeding my dream with this build!

Edit: this was beautifully built. I think I love the most how realistic your builds look. Watching the end clips makes you feel like your really there. Gorgeous. Thanks for another amazing build. Also I agree. I'm not a huge wine fan. But the few I do like are sweet! The opposite of yourself 😂

The barn with that stone and roof combo looks soooooo much like a smaller version of my family home back in the old country (Montenegro) it made me a bit misty

I just wanted to say about wine not for me. But there's only one brand here in the US I actually enjoy. It's called Oliver and the flavor is called Sweet Red. It's a smaller place so you'd have to get it shipped if you're not in the distribution range.

You're not alone on your taste for wine. I'm not a fan at all either, but there are some dry reds that are pretty good. And white wine just gives me a headache.

i am also not a white wine fan! they all taste like stomach acid to me 😩 i’ll take my chances on a red any day. also this lovely build finally convinced me to buy the horses pack! i have to get my grubby little hands on the build/buy items while the pack is on sale!!

For Reds, I like blends or Zinfandel
For Whites, something dry and/or bubbly

This is absolutely breathtaking, reminds me of lovely holidays in the south of France 😍 as for wine, I'm not a fan at all (I'll accept it if it's free though). I'm a cider or rum person and that's about it as far as booze goes!

Gorgeous build and I always love your music choices for the video tours at the end too. So peaceful!! Also exclusively a red wine enjoyer - Malbec is my favourite. White and rosé are way too sweet and thin tasting for me (if that makes sense?!). Also don’t mind a Prosecco or champagne though the bubbles go straight to my head 🥂 😂

I'm not a wine drinker at all - agree with you on the vinegar taste! Occasionally have a glass of Tokaji wine (Hungarian wine) maybe with Christmas dinner but that's about it. Pálinka on the other hand - omg I love the stuff!! First thing I do when I get home to Hungary is have a glass or 10 of pálinka - Hungarian fruit brandy that comes in so may delightful flavours, working my way rather too quickly through a bottle of sour cherry at the moment! I bring the full allowed amount back with me after every visit home! If you're ever in Dorset feel free to pop by and sample some - it's the best! Love the build as well btw!!

Love this, especially the vineyard! The attention to detail really came through! And I cannot stand white wine either! Red is better, and the occasional champagne, but white gives me a stomach ache unfortunately.
beautiful build as always! If you're ever struggling for CC free art, the gallery is full of art which is fine for console downloads too :). Also, no you're not weird. I hate wine, not even Champagne/Prosecco. They're all vinegary to me.
I'm also like that with wine, but the exact opposite. I like whites, but can't stand any reds or roses. All I can taste is tannins. Also, absolutely wonderful build. I want to live there!

I also don't like wine! It gives me such bad acid reflux and just tastes like what I imagine acid would taste like 😝 the only wine I can tolerate is champagne or prosecco! I'm glad I'm not alone with this because I usually get such strange looks 😝

Gorgeous build as always! Funnily enough I partly blame the reason I don’t drink ANY alcohol on when I was like 8 years old my older sister let me take a sip of her white wine and I hated it so much I guess I was turned off forever. (Warning for a disgusting taste comparison lol) I remember it tasting the way that dog vomit smells 🤢🤢 plus it burned my poor adolescent throat 😭 .
I’d also like to say that I am absolutely loving what you’ve been doing with the channel this year 🫶 I’ve watched a LOT of your videos and the progression of your style and quality is so inspiring to see. Also, re: wines--I totally see what you mean about white wines, not a fan. I can do rose, but still prefer dry reds. Prosecco is great (..as is a spritz) but it always gives me a headache!
I pretty much exclusively drink red wine! I love the darker, fruity flavors and I tend to go more sweet than dry. Lovely build as always! I think I’d add lavender to it seeing as France is known for their lavender :)

If you ever come to Greece, you should try Moschofilero. Best white wine in my opinion. Better than champagne ;)

I'm the same as you Aden, I don't like white wine at all but I am partial to a nice red, though I don't like dry red, I like mine a bit sweeter. And I do like a cheap fizzy wine like prosecco or in New Zealand we have one called Lindauer, noce mixed with fresh orange juice 😊
Absolutely beautiful! I might have to get the castle kit so I can download it as it is. I feel the same about Tartosa, somehow it just misses. My sims only ever go there if they have a honeymoon not in Sulani. I prefer red wine too, but it has to be mellow, dry but not making me suck my cheeks in if you know what I mean.

Adin, something about your voice has a way of calming my very active pug puppy when he's zooming around. it was the same with my late pug lol! he used to fall straight to sleep to your voice, and my 9 week old puppy is the same way! lovely build as always :)

I'm the opposite with wine taste, I looove a white or rosé but every red wine I drink tastes really beefy to me and it is not a vibe 💀

until i visited new zealand, i was much the same regarding wines. wouldn’t touch a white to save my life. i would drink pinot noirs almost exclusively. then I tried the NZ sauvignon blancs and my palette exploded in appreciation. i buy cab sauvignons now, too.
and my fav blends are malbecs and shiraz/syrahs

A useful tip: If you are in Greek countryside and there are goats in the area, don't park your cars under trees, the goats will climb on the cars to reach the higher branches of the trees. It's hilarious - well it's hilarious to me because I'm a child 😂😂😂
Edit: White and red wine (and some beers, I'm experimenting to see which beers I can and can't drink) give me some kind of weird allergy (doc said that I need to have a full stomach if I want to drink any of it) I get pins and needles to my jaw, in the place that's right under the ears and inside my ears. Irritating at best, a bit painful at times. Rose is the only wine that I can tolerate.

No, you are not alone. I am not a fan of wines really because they just make me sleepy and I feel really weak when I drink them and it's not a good feeling for me.I try to drink wines because a lot of people I know like wines and they have wine at their parties and events and I'm like well. I guess I need to get classier and drink more wine instead of having yet another margarita I don't know😂

MY issue with Sims 4 swatches is 1. The lack of more natural wood(like) swatches, and the lack of continuity between wood swatches from object to object. 2. So may of the plants being way too blue-green, as opposed to neutral or yellow-green as they are in real life.

I'm curious how home owners who have this kind of climbing plants maintain their house. The consistency of the bricks becomes porous like a sponge due to moisture.
this often causes mold
The thing is, these kinds of builds are usually solid stone, so I think any climbing plants would have a hard time eating through that...
Thoughts on Tan France house?
Not really a fan tbh, it felt a little too "McMansion" for my tastes. But that could be because I'm used to seeing that type of architecture being original and not a remake lol
