I never realized what a wonderful singer Englebert was. I recently took a music appreciation class and I did a little research on him. Before this the only thing that I knew of him was from my childhood. My late Grandmother loved his music and had the biggest crush on him. She saw him in the early 80's. Englebert used a handkercheif to wipe the sweat from his face in a concert that she saw. Englebert invited her on stage and she received that handkerchief. She kept that in a box on her curio until she passed. He is a very handsome man with a wonderful voice. I can see why she loved him so.
