Daily I try to research on something as a student ....I care about my health and hygiene a lot ..I even research about new useful products for personal hygiene of girl ...in cities every one getting educated about menstrual cups and tampons and now I am surprised to know that still some people are unaware of pads ...nice awareness video..... education plays key role in all ..I wish everyone gets good food,water , shelter and education ( basic rights) ..god bless you all ..jai hind 🇮🇳

I'm a nurse, from a lot of years I'm studying the prevention of the strong period pain, never "natural", but easy avoidable and you can do a lot to prevent your pain by means of an easy method of progressive thermal stimulation, instead of suffer each time.
I will give you the description of this method, if you like, very glad to help you overcome your suffering
