Scramble: D R2 B2 R2 D' F2 L2 U F2 D2 F L' D L' D2 F2 U F R2 F' generated with cubedb, (for the comments asking for scram) you can always go there, change the moves to algorithm in playback tab, put the sol and generate scramble
it's my main at home but i've found the v5 works better in comp. coll/zbll is easier if you use a trainer a lot, and improving turning comes from just focusing on not locking up or turning too aggressively
"this could've been a low 3"
*gets a 2.84*
Maybe he was showing him executing the solve after the fact to show what kind of time he could have gotten
yeah the 2 was a downsolve, i got a 4.77 on the actual solve

Wow, this might be one of the luckiest scrambles I've ever seen! Thanks for sharing.
R’ F R’ F’ R2 for last pair, gives same ll
to insert
Instead of doing back sledge like that I like to do R f’ U’ f in one smooth motion (use your whole wrist for the f’ and U’). Also good for OH.
turns out R' F R' F' R2 is way faster for last pair anyway
