I (regretfully) upgraded my software from V1.6 to V2.03 - WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!! When I want to take a "cut" (Playback - cut) a short piece (example 5 minutes) it defaults to 2 hours (?????) and I have to search for the end marker (red line) and drag it back to where I want it. To explain I select the day and camera in PLAYBACK and search for the "piece I want; at the start of the piece I press the "cut" (scissors). In V1.6 I would then press the "cut" again to select the end of the required piece which would then download. This is NOT what happens in V2.03 - when I start the "cut" a red end line appears 2 hours away (??????) and there is no setting I can find to solve this problem. If this cannot be solved I am uninstalling and re-installing V1.6. Please UPGRADE and IMPROVE your software - do not make it worse!
The stupid DAHUA NVR doesn't recognize a 16TB external had and sees it as 2TB!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The more stupid is the smartpss that allows a 24 hours of backup at a time. DAHUA needs to wake up, grow up and realize its 2022 and that there is no kindergarten CCTV systems anymore with only 2TB backups! I really wonder if such a company has ever heard of quality control and customer feedback !
