I read somewhere Rowoon said himself they distribute lines based on whose voice fits it best. Maybe his and Jaeyoon's voice dont fit ROAR as good as other three vocal line's voices do. Rowoon has enough lines in other songs in the album, I think.

He had a lot of acting roles and even was in Signal which was pretty popular and people spoke about him (i remember that during Signal people were praising Chani's acting, i was surprised that he debuted in a group).
alison zzz Chani is pretty famous tho? He was a former Fantagio trainee and child actor, was little Yoochun in DBSK Balloons, stared in a bunch of movies/dramas and was even Park Sunwoo from Signal. He was the face of the group until Rowoon started to get a lot of attention for his height and face lol
