Hi, it's amazing the job that you had done looks great I'm from Portugal and I'm starting to build Kitt it's going to have a duration of 2 years here on Portugal 😅 sorry for my English ✌️👍
Hey Will, Congrats on finishing up KITT. I plan to do also what you did to make the side marker lights operational, but I have a question. What voltage requirements will I need to power the additional led's? For example, do I need 3 volt led's, or 5-12 volt? I plan to purchase the lights from Evans Designs, but any recommendations from you would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
@@WillsWorkshop Thanks, The bulbs I have are 5-12 volt. I plan to just wire the front markers into the headlight circuit, and the rears markers into the license plate circuit, along with the rear outboard tail lights that are not represented in the kit. (the outboard taillights would be on the rear marker light circuit, and do not brighten with brake application)
@Rthemodelbuilder I removed the reverse lights from my delorean because I did not like it looking like it was constantly in reverse, also happy with the dual lights on the back which I think does feature in some scenes
Thank you for showing how to join the two halves of Kitt together. I have been dreading doing this part of the build, but feel much better now 😀
Good Luck from Hannover/ Germany

Good luck with the build its great fun, your English is 100% better than my Portuguese 😉
@@WillsWorkshop thanks ☺️
Probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to to tape it all closed while putting in the final screws for KITT’s body

I think 3v or 5v will work, I think the ones I had in the workshop are rated for 5v

You’re center console is meant to be black
@@WillsWorkshopto bad you don’t add 2 taillights and 2 reverse lights like Kitt had

Just completed mine . I have lots of marks from oil fingerprints . Why do you reckoned to clean it up . And thanks for your informative posts 👍
I used a black car polish to get it cleaned and shiny
Lame that you copied World of Waynes intro.
Not really, How would you like me to introduce the channel? Wayne has never had a problem with how I introduce my channel
