*I'm so glad that when he was asked about Iron Man that he didn't brush it off or dismiss it and say "Let's move on" but he actually answered the question and with the heart that only RDJ could.* ♥️
Well he really liked being iron Man he has said so many Times and loved being part of the MCU. The reason he said he left is because he didn’t want to look ridiculous for the part, he wanted to hang up the jersey on the right time.
I think he still looks amazing and could be Iron man for another 10 years but I understand the reason why he left the MCU at this time

No, not at all... the title clearly states 'Robert Downey Jr. on Welsh accents, Dolittle, and Facetiming Tom Holland' which means RDJ is clearly discussing these things and not physically doing them as the title says 'Robert Downey Jr. ON' (emphasising the word on) which means he will be talking but not re-enacting.

Your interviewing chemistry with RDJ and his wife is priceless. There is a unique way interviewing is done where it looks like we’re all in the living room chatting at commercial time when we’re watching a movie verses a strict, by the numbers interview. It’s a gift. And it’s apparent. Kudos, great Sir. And all the best, Robert, and that amazing family of yours.

As a welsh guy, I can say this is very impressive because the accent is very challenging to nail !

Thank god Ali Plumb finally got to ask the godfather of the MCU about his character, even if it was just for a couple of seconds. That man gets the most sincere answers of anyone I've ever seen do interviews
How was he able to ask about the Welsh accent without even hinting that it didn't sound Welsh? In the clip, it sounded Irish/Scottish/Yorkshire.
Yes. I’m American and I was confused on the nature of that accent. I study regional accents religiously, but I was so stymied by that monstrosity of a “Welsh accent”.
I'm Welsh and I'll be honest I cringe a little at the accent but it's a good effort considering how weird our accent is😂😂😂 But to be honest I'm just glad that Wales is finally getting the recognition it deserves🏴🏴🏴
@@inv4lidusername31 i mean yeah, it’s a really good try, I mean I know a welsh accent as I know a lot of people who are welsh who are living in England (and I’ve been to Wales several times) and rdj definitely sounds more Scottish than welsh, Peter and David ( from DW as I am a massive fan of everything DW ) have shown me that. Honestly I’m happy that rdj is trying British accents and that those accents are being acknowledged. It makes me very proud to be British and I just smile.

I see lots of people talking negativity about Dolittle, but I went with my 5 year old sister, and she loved it. She was giggling the whole movie, which therefore makes it a great movie. Plus like, I love both Robert and animals, so I loved it too.

Ali Plumb really is my favourite when it comes to interviews, they're usually really different and you can tell the actors enjoy not being asked the same thing over and over again, the anecdotes that come up in these interviews alone!

I absolutely love watching Ali do interviews, so easy going and he does his research. I look back on a channel 4 “interview” RDJ had with that absolute tosser Krishnan Guru-Murray and just the attitude and approach he took was so shite.
