In 2023 we took a one-year trip in our campervan to hike, eat and sight-see our way across America (and even into Canada).
Join us in this episode as we drive the North Cascades Scenic Byway for 30 miles of adventure, including multiple lake hikes and panoramic overlooks. You can get a lot done in one amazing day along this scenic byway with much of it visible from the road or a short distance from it. Plus, we tried some food that we've never eaten before (there's a good chance you haven't either ... but you should!) that was yum, yum, yum. Let's go!
