In terms of scope in general, every sector has been generating loads of data be it finance, healthcare, or retail. So any career related to that would be in demand and competitive. 2. There are various career tracks which are related to big data: - Data Engineer: Python is one of the most popular languages used. Java and Scala are used mainly in enterprise settings. There are frameworks like Spark, Kafka, and more to learn. Cloud computing also is a must. - Data Analyst: Python, SQL, tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc - Big Data Developer: Python, Java, Scala, frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, Cloud Computing. - and many ... As a beginner, you should start with SQL, then Python, and libraries like numpy, pandas, polars, matplotlib. Then cloud technology and frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, etc. These frameworks are built using Java or Scala, so at that point, you want to learn Java or Scala for better understanding.
