With Golden Bonnie's description of "prototype?" it seems likely a reference to Spring Bonnie, and for the base game, I can also see that the Freddy plush: I've felt a few ties between Golden Freddy and gators, Andrew having a mask of one plus Old Man Consequences, but also the gold plush of Glamrock Freddy, bluntly dubbed Golden Freddy, is in Monty's room. One of my favorite FNAF fan comics, called Pizzaplex Pals depicted Cassidy as being related to Andrew and with a fondness for reptiles. Following her demise and ending up with the other missing children in the Pizzaplex, she got pretty chummy with Monty, bonding over raging for no reason. The ghost kids her are depicted with the ears and limbs of the bots they possess. Given how she was with Mike's Crying brother, I wondered if she would be Golden Freddy's top half (as per Shattered Monty), and he would be just legs (aligning with the Logbook saying "I can't see" and some Stitchwraith stuff). But actually, Crying Child took on Shadow Freddy's look, which I guess fits as they share a model.
We've the base achievements: Speak no Evil, See no Evil and Claw no Evil. Monty's likely changed from Hear as gators don't have prominent ears, but rabbits do and Bonnie was replaced. One my fav FNAF fan artists, drew their own Pizzaplex attractions, including a sort of Build-a-Bear hosted by a trio of Toy Bonnie's called the Bonnettes or Bonnets ...and was then reminded that name is used for the pink hand Puppet. This trio would be more of a threat to Freddy than Gregory and get damaged at the ear eye and jaw, as per the original _ no evil. When I thinking of perhaps a legless pink one added as a differing fourth, I realized it could parallel Shattered Monty as he had no legs and Bonbon is a legless hand Puppet.
The Monty shrine could be a callback to the Chica one found in the sewers. And given the Bonnie stuff, the busted legs are likely placed like rabbit ears. Also, the legs of Shattered Monty did actually originate from Shattered Freddy's model. With Ruined Freddy being Shattered minus the chinless head, this lines up down to the uncased foot.

ok, but anybody else thought the graffitti were a Great chance to make a reference to Ratman from Portal?lmao i think the walrus is a reference to Alice Madness Returns, from the underwater chapter the grafitti are so funny to me some of them say some funny shit like the "don't eat the chowda" and "i spent the whole night here and lived", that one is specially funny thinking how there's a Vanny grafitti underneath 💀
