How to Assemble Joie Trillo Group 2/3 Booster Car Seat | Unboxing | K's Mum

Since our 4 year old is getting too big for her car seat, it's time to upgrade and we decided to get this Joie Trillo Booster Car Seat. It has an adjustable headrest that can grow with the child, side impact protection, Isosafe connectors to attach to the car's Isofix, 2 cupholders, uses the car's 3-point seatbelt guided by the red areas for proper wearing and of course affordable but good quality.

How do you detach the top half of the backrest from the bottom when you no longer need it or you need to store the seat in the boot? Ours get stuck at the max height, not sure if you can actually take it out completely...any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Can you detach the back rest when you only want to use the booster cushion part as they are older now and don’t require the back rest?

I'm not sure if you can unfortunately, but I didn't have to do this for mine as the backrest height is adjustable.

I had to assemble the one I got as shown in the video. If I remember correctly, the backrest does move if it's not against anything. Hope this helps.
