- This video describes how I am reattaching the cover of one of the ear-pads of my JBL Everest Elite 700 over-ear headphones.
All it needs is a little bit of super glue and the ear-ads look 'almost' like before.
I have another problem, the earcup cover is comming off from inside:
Do u have any solution for that ?
The same happened here, now I took off all the cover and I don't know what to do
I was getting so stressed out, I do have patience but a lot of negative things go on my head saying it won’t fix but this video helped me! I didn’t want to use a knife scared I’d cut myself so instead I used a butter knife, thank you.
Fyi never put the super glue cap back on with super glue sticking out. If you do that without immediately opening back up you will have a permanently glued on cap.
Just saw the cap off after each use!
You just saved me 130 bucks on my Cleer Headphones! I would of totally messed this up if I didn't see this video.
Hi, i have the same problem with the cleer enduro anc model. I noticed it doesnt have the plastic part. Was it hard glueing the cover right to the headphone? Thanks!
@@george5992 I totally messed it up actually, I’m really bad at delicate stuff . I called support and they gave me a replacement twice. The cleer are a bit different with the way it glues on and it’s hard to do. I got it down on but it was smooshed and uneven. Support is pretty nice and they replaced the ear covers for free .
They sell replacement pads on Amazon but I used this method when one earbud did this. After I discovered they sell replacements. Ima gonna fix my other side like this since I already didn’t it..
I have a different problem. That plastic hooks keep on getting unhooked
Came here for advice and I shouldn’t be surprised it’s the same model as mine.
Does anyone know if you could do this with the everest 300 model? I received a pair as a gift from my father a few years ago and the fabric has been falling off as well. But im scared to take them apart less i break the headphones in the process. But i dont see many videos replacing the pads on youtube.
Maybe you could go to your nearest JBL showroom and they should be able to replace it for you..
@@Patbird thats an amazing idea! Thank you very much!
THIS TOOK ME 3 HOURS
Thank you so much!!!!
Thank you I just fix my audiolux headphones I got from heb
Ooopop
that's not good
It is unfortunate.
But now it does work again without having to buy new ear-pads 🙂
here's a tip if you have a knife you can censored the knife out of the video
Thank you 👍
R u series?? It’s a pocketknife...
Why?! It’s just a tool used to get a job done.
