I just went and checked the clip where he fires the Galick gun with Vegeta and yea for better or worse, that’s pretty close to how he looks in that single specific scene.
it’s supposed to be when he is firing the galick gun with vegeta which is why it has a purple wash over everything, but i agree it doesn’t make the skin look good
Also the lack of accessories for a kinda lackluster paint job doesn't make me want this figure. I'm passing on the SDCC this year with the exception of Goku and I won't lose any sleep on that decision.
If all of the pieces are interchangeable, then I would try taking the hands, neck, and face plate from the previous release and swap them onto the pearlescent body. Seems like it would look cool, especially if the Pearl/opal texture is only applied to the hair and clothes
I swear this is just the same action figure but tinted with a purple gloss 😂 I mean the metallic looks pretty good with the lighting in certain parts of the action figure, also I mean is a future trunk at the end of the day you can’t go wrong with one of most popular DBZ characters, well great review Dexter 💪🔥❤️

This is an excellent example of how to NOT reissue a figure that's become pricey and has been long out of print.
