    Excellent tutorial, can you please make a future video about how to make schedule table for the spot coordinate (Easting & Northing) values for the RCC structure foundations of the footings and columns (edge to edge). Thanks

    Hi! I'm using Revit LT and it doesn't have the Model in Place option on the Component tool... So I did the entire profile, but could not manage to place it into my project. Do you have any idea how I could still make the parapet in LT?

    • @8020BIM
      @8020BIM  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Natalia, thanks for reaching out. LT can be a bit of a nuisance to be honest with you, rarely does it have everything needed for some important jobs.
      Not to worry - I would recommend watching the video I have linked below which details how to apply the parapet capping profile to the wall construction assembly which should be able to get the same result for you as the model-in-place method. It's a long video so make sure to reference the time stamps in the description (although the full thing might be informative regardless)

      I hope this gets you over the line. Big thank you for the support over on BuyMeACoffee also, it's appreciated.

    Excellent tutorial but, for some reason, every time I select the inside edges of my parapet walls and click the finish check box, I get unable to create sweep. I only have 3 parapet walls so wondering if it's because i don't have a closed loop on my edge selection. The error message is unintelligible. If that's the case, How do I create the sweep on 3 walls?

      I started from scratch and re-did the profile and everything works fine now. Not sure what the issue was before. But now I'm Happy! Great tutorial!
