When Ty fell over the cliff, Amy went down and was able to get him back to safety. When Ty was lost in the airplane crash, Amy was the one to have the answer on how to find Ty and Scott. When Ty came home sick from Mongolia, Amy was at the hospital day and night by Ty's side. When Ty was missing in Mongolia, Amy kept encouraging the men to move on until Ty was found. Lastly, Ty, in his own words, I didn't do this on my own, I had you. This was giving her credit for his new life he found at Heartland with her help, encouraging him in his Vet College, and just being there for him like listening when Ty opened up about his dad and why he was put in a juvenile facility. He'd never had someone he could share that with or show compassion as Amy. I'll be the first to give Ty credit for being there for Amy. Amy deserves the same treatment. They were there for each other in different ways but, they were there. Yes, during all the ups and downs when they failed at times when consideration wasn't given. This is all I want to say.
Amy didn't use the words, " I'll always be here for you" but, she was. Ty and Amy had different ways of being there for each other. Yes, Ty made the ultimate sacrifice for Amy. That could have been Amy just as well.
