Yes. I have a separate planner for my personal care where I record many of the same things - food, fitness, feelings, menstrual cycle, meds, teas, hair and nail appointments, etc. It has made such a difference in me staying on top of my health.
Yes I do too. It helps to keep me going on with my routines as well. When I started having a difficult time with my depression and anxiety I started going to therapy and my therapist and I were talking and I told her that since my beother's suicide I have just been struggling with wanting to getting out of bed or doing anything. She told me I need to start working on getting back into routines and start by just setting a short term goal for the day and write it in my planner. She said a planner becomes like a diary and it will help to look back and see what I accomplished. But it reminded me of you and how you show planning and show us planning and how it helps us to organize the different aspects of our lives. It helps us to set goals in different areas and accomplish them. You are a blessing. I am so thankful for you and all that you do.
I am one of those people that take of everyone else except myself. I am really starting to feel the effect of that as I find myself some days not happy, and not feeling accomplished. I am learning so much from you. You explain things in such a simple way and why things should be done a certain way. I bundle all areas together and I am finding that I am overwhelmed. In a previous video, you talked about being at work and thinking of home and then being at home doing laundry and thinking about dishes and feeling like you are spinning and not getting anywhere. That is exactly how I feel right now. I have been binge-watching the entire series and I am trying to figure out how to change what I have to improve my productivity. The concept of multiple planners is still a little foreign to me but thinking about it. I ordered the Meal Planning edition from Happy Planner. I received it yesterday and I am really excited to try it out.
I haven't been keeping a separate planner/section for my personal care. It's a great idea and something I will start in 2022! Blessings for a wonderful year ahead =)
I haven't thought of splitting things entirely the way you have, but I can definitely understand the benefits of doing so... I just got an undated wellness planner at the 99 cent store, which I mostly purchased because it was very cheap. I've been undecided on if I want to actually use it, or just stick to my main planner. But now I'm leaning more towards using it to track some of those personal things that don't involve my household, etc. 🤔
Like the wish list idea.I do the food log along with calorie counter.The reason is I have food allergies. Write any thing from doctors visits.I also write down snippets of conversations I have with people on the phone.My daily section I write down who called and the time.

I plan my outfits for the week every sunday evening, even when I'm on break (like now). It's a habit I started in 2020 when I was working and going to school at home. It definitely helps my mental health!
That is so hard for me because I have days that I really see how the outfit looks and it's not appealing. Then I'm struggling to find something else to wear! Suggestions?
@@TheParks48 I definitely have had days where i end up not wearing the outfits i picked. I have a few outfits that I wear a lot, and that helps because I know i like the way those outfits look, so if something i picked out doesn't look right, i have other options. I also have a pinterest board of outfit inspo, and that's helpful for coming up with new combos i otherwise might not have thought of.

No, I need to keep as much as possible in one planner. If there are too many, it feels like I am dealing with an octopus. However, I am retired, but when I worked I kept work and outside of work separate. I always get dressed and always have done that every morning. I am just not able to do anything outside of reading, drinking coffee, and similar activities in my PJs. But we are all so different.

I would like to put into practice your suggestions however I get overwhelmed with looking for a suitable planner and stickers. I like the stickers you used in your video. Yes, getting dressed each day made a difference for me each day while I was working from home.
