In Kafka's dialogue it's implied that she herself took part in actually killing Blade. Firefly had him restrained, but his limbs were unresponsive anyways + Kafka was using Spirit Whisper. So it was probably a 2 vs 1 situation. It's in character story III for Blade btw.

Blade needs a dedicated max hp incrasing abudance character, like her kit revolvs around incrasing other characters max hp by like 100% or 200% like blade would get 21k with 7k max hp, and it would decrase everysingle turn
