That was difficult. A real test of Falck's mental strength
Luka played a great Match, and so did Mattias, it was a very nice Game to watch, thanks for the Upload!
was a very fun match, one could really see the quality of Falck´s BH being able to attack such heavy underspin with such consistency
it seems that falck does not use this frisbee stroke where people tuck their racket in towards their stomack and have the angle at water level, or am I mistaken?

Ещё одно доказательство того, что высоко классный игрок может и свою игру показывать, и к сопернику приспосабливаться. Что Фальк и сделал. Ну а Младенович в своём репертуаре... Как только перестают ошибаться по его "кочерге", так он вообще не знает, что делать ).
А что у него за тыкалка стоит? Нечасто в верхних лигах тыкальщика увидишь, обычно это опасные ветераны-любители....

It's so weird, it's like Mladenovic is learning to play but still beats or gives top internation players a hard time😂😂
lets see if u can master a style like that in 20 years. now dont say u dont want to...coz u will not reach any level..with anti or with your regular bat.face the fact, luka is simply better than millions of us, playing with anti is more difficult than u can imagine.
A very though opponent for Mattias Falck. It's very hard to play against these types of players with Long Pimples, but he was able to stay consistent and showed some amazing mental stability. It was a really tense match to watch.
Mladenovic doesn't have long pimples, he has antispin

@user-kk3wn1kf4f yeah I actually think the pip helps falck here as anti works better against heavy topspin while against a flat ball it will also return flat.
Such a tough game for both. The constant rubber side switches from antispin to inverted Mladenovic does (such as in 9:21) in order to attack, are amazing.
Good match from Luka. Too bad he could not win the first set.

It wasn't enough this time, but Luka came really close. Maybe next time......
I like styles like Penhold, Long pips, Short pips and traditional Shakehands with inverted but i have never warmed to Anti play stiles they are not fun to watch IMHO.
All the others have a strong visual atraction, Anti does not create great points visually even if the Technical play is very high it just fails to be appreciated by the general public.
Soo schön mit dem Anti mal was anderes in der Bundesliga zu sehen, cool. Auch extrem gut den Schläger gedreht.

I don't think so. It has never distracted me as a player, although it might seem more distractive in the video. White shirt is forbidden though.

Such a good game, but sounds like sitting in a metal trash can 😂. Maybe the should think about cutting some big holes in the panels underneath the table, when putting a micro there? Mainz helau.

luka would destroy her, his forehand attack is miles better and so is his anti close to the table vs hef pimples close to the table

I love how Mladenovic is celebrating every point. With the way he plays I, too, am very surprised whenever he gets a point.
good game Mattias! I dont recall seeing such a "sword fighting" player in the Bundasliga... who actually teaches that anyway?!!? it's just horrible to see this in the top leagues... (IMO)

I think it is nice to see that not all players have the same stereotyped style.
I think it's very good to see players with very different styles and how each one must adapt his game to win "strange" opponents...

@@gdurvin it's not a matter of technique or ability, it's that the resulting game is simply unwatchable, unspectacular and less physical, luka is slower with lower quality shots and with inferior technique he manages to play at that level exclusively because the material he uses is little known, if his opponents trained regularly against frictionless he would not score a point.
Ich sags immer wieder Luka ist spielerisch zu schwach für die bl. Er verlässt sich zu 100% drauf das die Gegner wegen dem anti verlieren aber sobald er selber aktiv werden muss kommt da einfach zu wenig. Ja hier hat er einen Satz gewonnen was nunmal hin und wieder vorkommt wenn Spieler so gut wie nie auf so Material treffen dennoch ist es einfach zu wenig.
Ich will damit nicht sagen luka spielt schlecht aber für die bl als solider Spieler im mittelbereich wird er so niemals hinkommen.
Sein Angriff ist zu schwach...
