For anyone that looks at this other monitors don’t work. For me it was a motherboard issue and the board was outright fried so no video signal was gonna work anyways. Now I’m not saying it’s a motherboard issue that’s what mine was though.

Control, Alt ,Del and clicked on sign out. Then I got blue screen saying getting security. Then logged in as normal. Took at most 2 minutes and all done 👍

Thank you so much, sir! I will add, the second option worked for me, except I couldn't get the option to shut down, nor did I have any icons. After, I hit the power button, was then (bottom RH corner) able to shut my laptop down (before, I couldn't even manually shut it down).
I started the laptop after it successfully shut down, and BOOM! Everything back and running.
