    How much is it?

    I recently bought this lamp, and also have the h7r.2 which was perfect for me, however, I have a problem with this one, after about 30 seconds of use, the light steps down incrementally in brightness to about half of the starting brightness, even after a full charge, I have had a warranty replacement arrive today, and it does exactly the same thing, surely this isn't normal?

    • @LedlenserMalaysia
      @LedlenserMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Adrian, it's normal on the H8R, as you have activated the power saving mode. The power saving mode helps in giving your headlamps a longer running time, thus it will reduce the brightness in maintaining it till the battery power is low.

      @@LedlenserMalaysia Is there any way to alter this, as the manual says high/mid/low, not high then lower, mid then lower, low then even lower. When it dims on the lowest setting, it is too dim for loft work, the mid level is too bright for close up work. Why does it do this after 30 seconds, it seems like a fault? Is there any way to keep the brightness that it switches on with? If not Iwill have to return it as it's of no use to me.
      My H7r.2 stays the same brightness whichever setting it is on, and there isn't a battery issue.

    • @LedlenserMalaysia
      @LedlenserMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@adriantoole4601 you should be able to find the setting in deactivate the power saving mode in your user manual. Which is the setting for mode three.
      By setting it, your light should be off, press and hold the power button for around 16 sec, after 3 blink, release the power button. And now your H8R should be under constant light mode and you could have the same brightness throughout.

      @@LedlenserMalaysia Yes, the brightness remains the same in mode 3, but it is not 600lm, but only 250lm ! So this headlamp is not 600lm, but only 250lm !
      Can the MH10 / H8R headlamps be set to a constant 600lm?
      Which LED Lenser headlamp has a constant 600lm? Maybe the H7R Core? Thank You

    Dear Ledlenser representatives, can you please specify what is the difference between the models H8R and MH10. They look very much the same. What are the differences between them?

    • @LedlenserMalaysia
      @LedlenserMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Audrey, the H8R and MH10 are more of it having the same function, but MH10 comes with a colour filter lense set and also the LED colour temperature is slightly warm in projecting better in giving users a better visual in the outdoor.
      H8R is design meant for industrial usage with white LED vision.

    I have bought a ledlenser H8R but the problem is that the light cannot be focused. The bezel is rigid and does not turn, what's the problem here?

    • @LedlenserMalaysia
      @LedlenserMalaysia  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, the H8R lamp head comes with a focusing function. It might be too tight for the first time you twist as your headlamp is still new or its your first time twisting it. Do hold the silver part on the lamp head and twist clock wise and it shall able to activate the focusing function.

      @@LedlenserMalaysia What kind of overheating can be in a fully aluminum flashlight (MT6), it does not even heat up, it is rather very clever German engineers programmed the driver this way, but the most offensive thing about this is not written in the instructions, and this, among other things, is misleading the consumer, that is, a court case.

      good afternoon, I also have a problem, the specifications say that 600 lumens. -10 hours. 250 lumens. 15 hours. but what is it really? 600 lum 1 min. 250 lumens 5 hours maximum. and how is this to be understood? just a shame. after all, when buying, we look at autonomy and power. but in the end we have only half, if all is well !!

      @@LedlenserMalaysia Still looking at the possibility to get one of led lenser headlamps. Can you explain a bit why the light is decreasing after 30 seconds of use as described at some messages bellow?
      Some of the reviews are saying about saving mode. Can it be the reason?

    • @LedlenserMalaysia
      @LedlenserMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi @@inetmos, yes it's due to the power saving mode that caused the brightness of the headlamp to decreased after 30sec. But you may set the "constant current" mode in preventing your headlamps light to decrease and maintain the brightness till the battery run off. Which also means that, by setting the "constant current" mode may causes your headlamp with a shorter running time too.
