How to start aakar of taar saptak. Ur teaching is very good. U have taught something that no one teaches. Salutes
Same pattern that we created using mandr and madhya saptak swars.
Now, use madhya saptak swars and taar saptak swars only upto Ga/m.

Kya aalap me kitne matra ka hota hai ya jitne me taal puri ho jaye usi prakaar karein.
Alaap karke sahi jagah se bandish uthaana hai. Alaap ek yaa do aavartan (Taal loop) kaa ho sakta hai

What is the difference among three types of alaaps
1st: Three swars from mandr and three swars from madhya saptak are used.
2nd: Now you go till 'pa' and back to 'sa'
3rd: You gradually sing till taar saptak 'sa' and back
