how do you get such low temps? my CPU and GPU on Turbo mode go up to 95 and 86 degrees. Do you use a cooling pad? What is your chosen power plan in control panel?

Hello! Can you do me a little favor? I'd hugely appreciate it. Do you still have any of these games? Cyberpunk 2077 or NFS Unbound? I only wanna make sure I'm the only one that gets the stupid stuttering. The thing is, when I enable DLSS and/or Frame Generation, I get a very stable experience, but as soon as I disable them, I feel jumpy unsmooth frames every few seconds. If you can, next time you wanna play any of these games, try disabling both DLSS and Frame Generation and see if you still have smooth frames and display? I'll hugely appreciate it.
