As a baker, tama yung gawa ni toni. Mix and fold lang at hwag gagamit ng wire wisk or beater. Kasi titigas at magcrack kapag naluto na, mas masarap kasi kapag moist. Pero tip ko hatiin sya ng knife na grease with oil bago ibake para hnd magcramble kapag niluto at slice na sya.

Paul’s banana bread recipe
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 bananas
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate chips (optional)
Walnut (optional)
Procedure:
1. Set oven to 350 fahrenheit
2. Mash the bananas and add wet ingredients and mix
3. Mix in a bowl dry ingredients
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients mix
5. Bake for 40/45 mins

I tried baking using your recipe po and ang sarap po nyaaa. First time ko rin po magbake and ang ganda po ng kinalabasan. Sabi po ni papa, hindi masyadong matamis sakto lang and that's because of the honey po siguro which I agree po it's not nakakasuyaaa. To anyone who wants to try, give it a shot it's worth your time!
