Yes, it is. Unless it locks your screen in place which it might, you don't even have to spend time watching the ads. Just play them in the background. I suppose you'd be paying in bandwidth, but that's negligible unless you're in a fast paced online game.
I'm working on a game that's very similar to the current Hearthstone meta, but matches don't take quite so long. At the start of each match, both players simply roll a dice, and the higher number wins.
But what do I need to endlessly spend money on to enjoy it? Dice skins?

just wanted to share my experience with PlayVIG:
I have tried it out some month ago ( got a pretty bad PC, might be different for u ):
*Sometimes when you watched the AD, or put it down the screen xD, the system doesnt see that ur in a game yet, and u have to restart the Quest the next game.
*PlayVIG often crashed when trying to get into the Game, after the AD got playd, which really made the efficient Gold earning hard for me
After getting 1900 Gold, which i had pretty fast i got myself 2 Packs, but im not usin it anymore!
Definitly worth to try out, it was still a Beta when i used it, may be a lot better now or soon.

Yeah. I don't mind when some decks are OP. But since all the OP cards are neutrals it gets super repetitive to play this game. It's basically the same game no mater which class you're playing against.

Wow, Hearthstone has gotten so difficult for Free to Play gamers that there's now 3rd party programs that actually insert ads into it so you can get more packs.
That would never have been a thing even a few years ago.
Stopped playing Hearthstone after Patches epidemic peaked. Not worth the time nor the money to play with the fun cards. More fun to watch streamers play.
Even if I wanted to play Hearthstone again I can't because I'm like 3-4 expansions behind. Don't have the OP cards that came out in the meantime etc.

This deck looks really fun, I wish I had the cards to play it.
This deck has patches, kelleseth, spiteful summoner with 10 cost spells, 2 bonemares, 2 corridor creepers, and a scalebane. How could it be bad? From what I can tell, that neutral package is just insanely op right now, regardless of class.
Not sure about grand archivist with only 2 spells though, especially when you need spiteful summoner value.

I got Play Vig and after using it for a couple hours I dont use it any more. If you want to earn gold you have to score very high, and this score depends on how many wins you have and by rank. So its obvious that a larger account can easily maintain the top positions.
Rogue_Ace Now all you have to do is win a ranked game to get gold. I don't bother with all the competition stuff
When I was using it, it only gave out prizes to the top 30 some people.
Now they have a quest that's just 100 coins for each ranked win.
