    Before when I watched this, I was simply happy that John was singing. Then I became a Tokio Hotel fan and realized he was pronouncing Dankeschön wrong! LOL

    @2HonestIam dearie, why did you hate John? Your words are wrong and so subjective. Professional singers say that JB's voice and technical are good and sound delicious, but you... I adore Sinatra, I like Mathis, etc. I love musicals. And I love John too. Maybe you don't like his timbre. But he's really excellent vocalist. Anyway.
    Your opinion is YOUR opinion. It's just YOUR thought.

    Was anyone else distracted by thinking about how boiling it must be for those girls in the fur after the stage lights had been on for however long?

    @summerday1983: it's not a real 'ö', that's right, but for an english guy he manages quite well - it's at least nearer to 'ö' than 'o' ;)

  • @cinefreak76
    @cinefreak76 16 ปีที่แล้ว

    argh, of course! that's what happens if you're not from the UK - you tend to use 'english' in the same way as 'british' *whistles and sneaks away*

    I think he's changed the O with umlaut to stay in keeping with the style of the song...
    For example, who remembers "Bei Mir Bist Du Schoen" - with the last word pronounced "Shayne" to rhyme with "explain"?
    People should research such issues, before making ill-informed opinions...

    @CrazyRhianne: the introduction "John Barrowman and the Royal Variety Company" said by Jonathan "Wossy" Ross is just too good to be true. Way too many "r"'s *lol*

    @AnnieVesper When you say pro singers think JB is good,do you mean musical singers?They are the worst sounding pro singers out there,they have a vibrato like the cowardly lion from OZ,with a few exceptions of course,listen to Michael Ball,he sounds terrible too compared with crooners,power singers,rock singers,opera singers,same goes for most from performing arts colleges,they want to be singers instead of being singers already!

    @SaztasticFantastic Listen sweetie,your 18 so probably haven't heard many great singers on TV as they are kept off by Cowell and co. not to show up his puppets,so may I suggest you type in Matt Munro,60's Tom Jones footage,TonyChristie,Sinatra,Dean Martin,Vic Damone,Al Martino,then after listening to them you and mum sit down and listen to this out of tune,no control rubbish!He's a very bad singer for a professional dear,there's no argument as he's out of tune in most songs.

    To think that this honour used to belong to talented people not a lucky ,arrogant,smug,conceited,hissy fitting,out of tune,control freak that wouldn't stand out at some karaokes if heard!What are people hearing?he goes out of his range and out of tune practically every song I've heard him murder!He only on TV because there is so many gays controlling the BBC.Imagine him coming on directly after Tom Jones or Joe Longthorne when they were younger?He'd sound like a comedy act!
