I respectfully ask...how can you be sure? I lived in London, and used Camden Town, Waterloo, Charing Cross and Victoria. I am not sure I could tell them apart now let alone 100 years ago. All of London train stations are gorgeous and there are many of them.
@@bobbysands6923 I can tell from the fact that you can see the platforms curve to the left which is the layout of Waterloo. At London Victoria the platforms are straight with a curve outside of the station
Well whatever station it is it’s so amazing to see it in the enhanced frame rate. It looks like a film set. It’s hard to take in seeing so long ago that isn’t b&w and all jumpy.
My parents were married in 1933 and I came along n 1940. We frequently travelled to Victoria from Epsom railway station. Look at the length of the steam train arriving at platform 13, the platform was only just long enough.
Hold on, this guy’s introduction is a blunder, a School’s class at Platform 14 and the more I look at it it’s obvious it’s not Victoria at all!!!!!!!!!!
Beautifully restored and love the overall look. Speed correction makes such a difference. Thank you for sharing it....
Wow how beautiful thanks for uploading
How short life is when you can imagine all of the people in this are deceased
😢Sadly yes my dear grandparents and my dear mum and dad.All passed over from this life.
The fabulous sailors I wonder who survived the coming soon war.And who has from the civilians here.

Yes. Let's stay optimistic and hope that it's a wonderful eternal life with our loved ones 😊
This is Waterloo Station.
It certainly is.

1: This is not victoria station it's Waterloo
2:why are there modern station announcements in the background of the video

That’s 100% London Waterloo, still very much recognisable today.
All the people passing through, makes you wonder how their lives played out.
The upscaling is good, the writing for the narration could be better

Of course the American edits out the tall lad striding down the platform looking just like Elvis...
There is cars inside the station 😂😂

And the creepy thing is that they are all dead .....
Like a movie shot today by Spielberg. You must have some pretty powerful software.
The 1930s were the last few years Britain was civilised before WW2 and what followed post 1948!
