What are you thoughts on the D-ring on the one strap? This feature was one of the first things I noticed but I can't seem to figure out why we would want/need that D-ring right there? Any ideas?

It's cute, but it's just a standard back pack, I don't see anything special about it, the only thing that is ,"new" is the tech pocket.
