lecture 11 me humne swapping aur medium term scheduler k baare me pdha tha bhaiya thanks alot and congrats for becoming "computer scientist" hope to see u some day
I am very happy for reaching the last few lecture So thanku so much for that series Ome more request Agr aap placement series me CN or other important subject ki series bhi bna skte ho to bhaut helpful hoga hmare liye
7 min pehle video post hui hai or 7 minute pehle apne comment kiya or video hai 27 minute ki to apne puri Delhi nhi or bol rhe ho nice super amazing super duper 😂😂😂😂 are jao yrrr
as you have taken different process for external fragmentation it may occur for diffrent size of pages of a single process as page size is diffrerent here
I think in Lecture 10 You have explained swapping --> swap in and swap out in Medium Term Scheduler for actually tackling the problem for memory Intensive process in ReadyQueue and extremely high degree of multiprogramming
Sir, why internal fragmentation in paging , as in referenece to last example if there is 15kb then why not to page in multiples of three so it will be like 3kb,3kb,3kb,3kb,3kb ....and if ram can comprise 15kb then page size == frame size
@@peterpace3379 They allow it bro.....2 years ago, love babbar and Anuj Bhaiya both had uploaded video of Amazon Office Tour ......Videos are still there on their channels
I had one question that is u said that external fragmentation in segmentation what if in paging first we divided physical address into 16 kb frames acc to process page size what if another process comes and have page size of 15 kb or 17 kb then what will happen bcaz we already divided the physical memory into 16 kb frame size
bhai for every process we do it differently, this is not something rigid that once we divided it into a 16kb frame size and page size, we cannot re-divide it. the compiler gives the page size differently for each process
Finally I've reached to last 5 videos of OS series.. Very much excited for this.
Finally to end this series and start the DBMS one .
swapping was discussed in lecture 11 where you gave example that some process can be swapped out from ready queue to swap space
👍🏻
next series computer network sir..

thank you for all the effort, it is highly appreciated. Will definitely be waiting for the next lecture

great
at interview bit it is written that it is slower than paging but you told in starting it is faster than paging thats why we using it
Amazing explanation!
In lecture 11, we learn about swapping😊

Do you have specific google drive link where I can get all the notes.
Sir make the video base Java please please
Attendance marked..
Can we use Defragmentation here inorder to remove External Fragmentation?
How long will this series go? Any idea? Any?
Has he covered most os topics already?
