I’m a baseball mascot, I can tell you first hand that a full hour in the summer isn’t the greatest idea. I did it for 1 hour once and i almost passed out from heat exhaustion. The key in the summer time is to take break every 20 minutes. Take a break for 10 minutes then go back and do it all over again. Or what some teams do is they alternate performers so let’s just say you have 2 mascots, there’s actually 4 performers.
Today is my first day as a mascot. Thought I'd look into vids getting to know what the gig is all about. I had no idea it would be as tough as you make it seem ... but despite the encouraging words I think I can make it.
the person who got to try the suit on did a great job she should do it more often
