guys make sure in your nvidia control panel make sure the max fps is off because therefore it won’t max and out ur settings in fortnite to medium therefore you will get around 150-180 max

I have one with 8gb ram and trying with this exact settings gives me over 50-70 fps with lots of stutters

For gaming? Gaming Laptop is the best Gaming. But, it is the weight of heavy. If you want to play games, sell a 2in1 laptop
